Bento #26
First day of summer internship today! I am super excited to meet friends and new people!
Today's Bento includes:
Teal (yay more food dyes!) onigiri stuffed with sardines with a light dust of furikake
Diced apples
I'm trying not to bring too much food as I'm on a don't-stuff-my-face-in-front-of-strangers-on-the-first-day diet...

Drinking my Greens
I don't think it surprises anyone that I hate vegetables. I got a blender and turned this:
Banana, Carrot, Spinach, Broccoli and Celery |
into this:
It tastes horrible. It's not bland at all but it does taste like I'm drinking green (not red!) vegetable. I'm going to try it again with more bananas and more milk...blah!

Crochet baby Tyranid
Groovy Baby
My router has been with me for the better part of college, work and now law school. Lately, it's been a little miffed by Atlanta weather and refuses to send stable signals to even 10 ft away.
Here's my original solution which didn't work at all...
Notice the lack of elevation and parabola surface for amplifying the signal. After some research I came up with this.
I made this signal booster out of foam (on sale for 50 cents) and lots of aluminum foil...and all the text books that the bookstore refuse to buy back....Now I enjoy 5 bars ( up from the 3 or the occasional 2) in my living room. Just in time for Diablo III!
